Exchange is available only if you received a wrong product or a damaged product at the time of delivery.

This policy outlines the circumstances under which an exchange will be considered and the steps you must follow to initiate one. Please read this carefully before making a purchase or raising an exchange request.

No Refund Policy

All sales on DealGen are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Product not matching personal preference or expectation
  • Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics issues
  • Order cancellation after dispatch
  • Partial use or opening of the product

No exceptions will be made to the no-refund policy regardless of the circumstances.

Exchange Policy

An exchange will be considered only under the following two conditions:

  • Wrong Product Delivered — You received a product that is different from what you originally ordered.
  • Damaged Product Received — The product arrived in a damaged or broken condition due to mishandling during transit.

In both cases, the exchange will be for the same product originally ordered. We do not offer exchanges for a different product, colour, size, or variant.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the product in stock at the time of processing your request.

7-Day Reporting Window

All exchange requests must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by our logistics partner.

Exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

To ensure your request is valid, please do not delay in reporting an issue. Delayed reports may result in the exchange claim being rejected without any exceptions.

How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. 1 Take clear photographs or a short video of the product showing the damage or wrong item received, along with the packaging and shipping label.
  2. 2 Contact us via email at sinchanbizz@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 70053 82726 with your order ID, name, and the supporting photos/video.
  3. 3 Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm whether your exchange is approved.
  4. 4 If approved, you will be guided on how to return the original item and the replacement will be dispatched to your delivery address.
  5. 5 The replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to stock availability.

Important: Exchange requests submitted without supporting photographs or video evidence will not be processed. Evidence must be shared at the time of raising the request.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange

The following situations do not qualify for an exchange request:

  • Product opened, used, or assembled after delivery
  • Minor colour or shade variation due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused after delivery through misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Missing packaging materials or accessories reported separately from the main product
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special discount events
  • Requests raised after 7 days of the delivery date
