Shipping Coverage
DealGen ships to all states and union territories across India. Whether you're in a metro city or a smaller town, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you.
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Pan-India delivery is available for all products listed on DealGen.in — gifts, antiques, and all other items.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, natural events, or courier disruptions.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team reviews and processes it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the following business day.
- For antique or fragile items, extra care is taken during packaging, which may add 1 additional day to processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your order's status in real time.
- Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of dispatch.
- If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us.
- Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect on the courier's portal after dispatch.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping may be available on select products or during special promotional periods. Check individual product pages or our homepage for current offers.
Packaging
We take special pride in how we package our products. Every item — whether a delicate antique or a gift set — is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Fragile and antique items are wrapped with protective cushioning and bubble wrap.
- Gift items are packaged neatly, making them ready to present if required.
- All parcels are sealed securely to prevent tampering or damage during transit.
Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain situations are beyond our control and may cause delays:
- Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions
- High-volume periods such as festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Courier partner operational issues or strikes
In case of any significant delay, we will proactively inform you via WhatsApp or email. For any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Failed or Missed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times in case of a failed delivery attempt. You will typically be notified before each attempt.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or that the address details provided are accurate and complete.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
- In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. Please contact us at sinchanbizz@gmail.com to arrange re-shipment.
Please double-check your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
